After living and working in a wide variety of geographic and legal environments -- including California, Texas, Arizona, Washington, Japan, Korea, and Singapore -- Harrison Colter and Ken Jennings met while serving in senior legal positions with Novell in Provo, Utah. After going their separate ways, each to serve as General Counsel for a publicly traded software company, Colter and Jennings met again decided that their in-house experience, coupled with major law-firm experience, produced a unique combination of skills that was unusual in the legal community and that would be of particular benefit to clients in emerging technology fields. Ken Jennings specializes in technology licensing and business/legal models for high-tech enterprises. Mr. Jennings was formerly the General Counsel of TenFold, Inc, a publicly-traded company, Associate General Counsel for Novell, Inc. and Asia-Pacific Division Counsel for Oracle Corporation. In his international career, Mr. Jennings has provided legal services related to joint ventures, licensing, and business structures to dozens for Fortune 500 companies.
